GTT, LLC is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-profile projects that drive innovation in healthcare. As an Agile leader, you will coach teams on Agile practices, collaborate with product owners, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Leadership: Provide guidance on Agile methodologies, collaborate with product owners, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Project Deliverables: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards by managing project resources, developing and managing project budgets, and identifying and mitigating risks.
- Project Resources: Source, select, and onboard team members, clarify roles, and set expectations to ensure effective project execution.
- Project Budgeting: Create budgets, track spending, and ensure fiscal accountability to ensure project financial stability.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential issues and develop strategies to address them, ensuring project success.
- Communication: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Change Management: Overcome resistance to change and capitalize on opportunities for improvement, driving project success.
- Agile Best Practices: Advocate for Agile standards and methodologies within the organization, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks (e.g., Scrum), and methodologies.
- Experience leading complex projects, ideally in a healthcare or government setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
