Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Poco Investments Inc. dba Dairy Queen. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory management.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
- Permanent employment with a flexible schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Proficiency in English language.
