Food Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to join our team at Gorugoru Food. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food services department.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and optimize our menu offerings.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management and supplier negotiations.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage events and ensure seamless execution of food services.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
