Business Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team at ALBERTA LTD. This role is perfect for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support the company's business objectives.
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Train other workers on new skills and procedures to enhance their performance.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to maintain accurate records.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders to build strong relationships.
- Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to ensure prompt communication.
- Respond to electronic enquiries from clients and stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Oversee the development of communication strategies to promote the company's brand.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
- Prepare reports to showcase key findings and recommendations.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and reservations to support business trips.
- Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to store important documents.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy.
- Perform data entry tasks to update records and databases.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
- Bondable and basic security clearance.
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is estimated to be between $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
