Job Title: Digital Strategy Director

At Leo Burnett, we're seeking a seasoned Digital Strategy Director to lead our social media efforts and drive business growth through innovative content strategies.

About the Role

As a Digital Strategy Director, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that engage our clients' audiences and drive meaningful results. You'll work closely with our creative teams to develop compelling content that resonates with our clients' target markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that drive business growth and engagement
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create innovative content that resonates with our clients' audiences
  • Collaborate with our research and data teams to uncover new insights and trends
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise
  • Present to and collaborate with senior clients and agency leadership to drive business results
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of strategy experience across social media and content
  • Extensive work within key digital platforms, including Meta Business Manager, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.
  • Proven experience managing and fostering the growth of junior talent
  • Strong writing background with an ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and simply
  • Track record in a client-facing role, presenting to and collaborating with senior clients and agency leadership

Education
