Director, Client Services & Digital Strategy

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client services and digital strategy efforts. As a Director, Client Services & Digital Strategy, you will be responsible for driving client performance and project team success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct a portfolio of clients, driving client performance and project team success.
  • Lead the charge directly on large clients, while overseeing and mentoring an Associate.
  • Own the overall strategic direction of your portfolio, with support from the Leadership team.
  • Manage timelines & deliverables across key SOWs.
  • Work with the Group Director of Client Service to remove any roadblocks or interdisciplinary challenges.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment, in a client-facing/service role.
  • Experience working with franchisees is a plus, particularly in managing relationships and ensuring alignment with broader brand strategies.
  • Positive and collaborative team member, with experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members.
  • Working knowledge of how digital marketing is purchased and the targeting capabilities of digital media.
