Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at B-TOWN SAFETY. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the planning and organization of daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. The work language is English.
