Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and performance across our Eastern Ontario and Quebec region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and growth
- Provide coaching and support to store managers to ensure they are getting the most out of our systems and processes
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements
- Lead regional meetings and training sessions to ensure consistency and best practices across the region
- Resolve store concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and implement training programs to support store managers and staff
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the collision repair industry
- Must be bilingual (English/French)
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
