Automotive Collision Field Operations Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team in Eastern Ontario and Quebec. As a Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team of field operations professionals and ensuring that our licensees are equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of field operations professionals to ensure that our licensees are meeting their business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of our licensees and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with other departments within CSN to ensure that our licensees have access to the resources and support they need to succeed.
- Provide coaching and training to our licensees to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the collision repair industry.
- Must be bilingual (French/English).
- Post-secondary or trade school education with a focus in business or a field related to the collision repair industry is an asset.
- Minimum 3 years' experience with OEM procedural lookup as it applies to estimating.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
