About the Role

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Programs Analyst to join its team. As a key member of the Program Management Office (PMO) for Avionics, you will be responsible for driving a portfolio of business-critical projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project strategies, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery;
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including external suppliers, to execute projects and achieve business objectives;
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project progress and performance;
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management;
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and escalate issues to the appropriate level of management as needed;
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business;
  • Technical or manufacturing background in aerospace (considered an asset);
  • More than five (5) years of relevant experience;
  • Strong project management experience (PMP considered an asset), team leadership skills, and solid analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Superior communication skills (written & spoken) and the ability to influence at different levels of the organization;
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, and deliver on commitments;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project) and Power BI;
  • Proficiency in English and French (written & spoken).
