Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Programs Analyst to join its team. As a key member of the Program Management Office (PMO) for Avionics, you will be responsible for driving a portfolio of business-critical projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project strategies, schedules, and budgets;
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and performance;
- Provide day-to-day leadership to cross-functional teams, including external suppliers;
- Present project updates and schedules to senior management;
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed;
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business;
- Technical or manufacturing background in aerospace (considered an asset);
- More than five years of relevant experience;
- Strong project management experience, team leadership skills, and analytical abilities;
- Superior communication skills and ability to influence at different levels of the organization;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power BI;
- Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
