Role Overview: The Global Completions Program Management Office (PMO) is on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented Programs Analyst to join our team. In this capacity, you will be tasked with steering a portfolio of critical business projects to successful outcomes. The chosen candidate will lead a cross-functional team, including external partners, and manage all facets of project execution.

  • Define the program's goals and objectives and their impact on the business.
  • Oversee the development and management of strategies, timelines, and budgets for your project portfolio.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics, prepare status reports, and adjust schedules and plans as necessary.
  • Provide daily leadership to cross-functional teams.
  • Present project timelines, business cases, and updates during regular reviews with senior management.
  • Identify key project risks and develop corresponding mitigation strategies.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate management level as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business.
  • A technical or manufacturing background in aerospace is considered an asset.
  • Over seven (7) years of relevant experience; project experience in satellite communication or connectivity is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated initiative, results-driven mindset, and decision-making capability.
  • Strong project management experience, team leadership skills, and solid analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to influence various organizational levels.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines while delivering on commitments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
