About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management and Insurance Analyst to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing insurance and risk management programs to protect our business interests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract language related to insurance and indemnity for Bombardier Aerospace and its divisions worldwide.
  • Train and develop newly hired personnel in Contract, Supply, and Procurement staff on the integration and application of base contract insurance and indemnity language.
  • Design, negotiate, and manage insurance programs related to the Corporation's construction projects.
  • Participate in the identification, quantification, and evaluation of the Corporation's material risks.
  • Follow renewal processes and timelines with external suppliers.
  • Participate in market submissions and gather and analyze underwriting data.
  • Review and follow up on renewal program documentation.
  • Premium allocation, collection, and accounting charge back.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or insurance and risk management.
  • Designation in insurance or risk management, such as CIP, CRM, FRM, or C.A.Ass.
  • 5-8 years of experience in the insurance/risk management industry, preferably in a global organization or insurance company.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and work rigor skills.
  • Motivated, customer service-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to last-minute requests and respect deadlines.
  • Diplomacy, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Team spirit and collaboration.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Power BI would be an asset).
  • Very good communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and English.
