We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Sun Porch Homes Ltd. as an Administrative Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule appointments and confirm meetings
- Provide top-notch customer service
- Compile data and statistics for management
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel and itineraries
- Assist in the preparation of reports and marketing materials
- Distribute mail and other materials
Requirements
- Organized and punctual with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Will train and develop skills in this role
