Hotel Managing Supervisor Job Description

At Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our hotel department, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to meet business needs.
  • Perform supervisory duties, including training and evaluating staff, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel operations, customer feedback, and staff performance.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support hotel operations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
