Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at Highland Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth hotel operations, including front desk duties, guest services, and staff supervision.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest experiences, address customer complaints, and ensure that all guest needs are met.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive business growth, including marketing initiatives, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Fluency in English
- Non-smoking environment
- 30 to 40 hours per week
