Hotel Operations Manager
**About the Role**
InnVest Hotels is seeking a seasoned Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our hotels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including guest relations, front desk, sales, housekeeping, maintenance, and accounting
* Direct and coordinate activities to achieve efficiency and maximize profits
* Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue management, yield, and market share
* Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve business objectives
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve company goals
**Requirements**
* Proven track record in hotel operations management, with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, guests, and external partners
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
* Strong financial planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
