Hotel Operations Manager

**About the Role**

InnVest Hotels is seeking a seasoned Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our hotels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including guest relations, front desk, sales, housekeeping, maintenance, and accounting
* Direct and coordinate activities to achieve efficiency and maximize profits
* Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
* Ensure compliance with brand and legislative standards

**Requirements**

* Proven track record in hotel operations management
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze data and establish action plans
* Results-oriented and hands-on leader with high ethics and personal accountability
