Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other teams as needed
  • Coordinate logistics and arrangements for meetings, events, and travel

  • Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents with high accuracy
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity and efficiency

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or operational role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage competing demands and deadlines
  • Familiarity with basic security clearance processes and protocols an asset
