Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Five K Electric Ltd. This role involves providing administrative support, maintaining office procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining office routines, scheduling appointments, and handling telephone and electronic inquiries.
  • Data Management: You will compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and maintain accurate records.
  • Supply Chain Management: Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels is a critical aspect of this role.
  • Customer Service: As the first point of contact, you will greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Document Management: You will set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, type, and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: A college diploma or certificate in a related field is required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
