Job Description:

The Business Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to ensure the efficient execution of tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings as needed;
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences;
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain efficiency;
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries;
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required;
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels;
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as necessary;
  • Front Desk Support: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or operations role;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; secondary education preferred;
  • Experience working in an on-site environment, with no remote work options available.
