Office Administrator Coordinator

Róo Construction is seeking an Office Administrator Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a vital part in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Job DescriptionThe Office Administrator Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Determining and establishing office procedures and routines to maximize productivity and efficiency;
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for management and staff;
- Answering telephone calls and relaying messages in a professional and courteous manner;
- Compiling data, statistics, and other information as required by management;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files;
- Preparing and typing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed;
- Performing various administrative duties as assigned by management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Róo Construction offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
