Róo Construction is seeking an Office Administrator Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a vital part in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Job Description

The Office Administrator Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

  • Determining and establishing office procedures and routines to maximize productivity and efficiency;
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for management and staff;
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Compiling data, statistics, and other information as required by management;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files;
  • Preparing and typing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed;
  • Performing various administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
