Administrative Coordinator Role in Office Management

We are a dynamic logistics company seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services. They will also assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
- Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles and be proficient in MS Office.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
