G- LINE TRANSPORT LTD is seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrative procedures and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies;
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably with 7 months to less than 1 year of service;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
