Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
- Maintenance and Inventory: Maintain inventory of supplies and operate machinery as needed.
- Special Orders: Prepare special orders and ensure timely delivery.
As a Bakery Team Member, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
Requirements- Physical Demands: Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to handle heavy loads.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, excellent oral communication, judgment, reliability, and team player.
