Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled receptionist to join our team at Hustle Notice Biz. The successful candidate will have a welcoming attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong ability to manage phone calls, visitors, and appointments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors upon arrival at the office, ensuring a positive first impression for our company.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous manner, responding to customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate staff members or departments.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, managing calendars for staff as needed, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient use of time.
  • Maintain and organize the front desk area, guaranteeing it remains tidy and professional at all times, reflecting positively on our company's image.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring prompt processing and secure storage.
  • Direct visitors to the correct staff members or departments, providing clear guidance and ensuring they reach their destination efficiently.
  • Assist with additional office-related tasks, including event coordination, special projects, and general administrative duties, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus, indicating a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment, facilitating efficient task completion and data management.
