About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team at 2396698 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our commercial building and shopping centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and waste
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance as needed
  • Conduct safety and security checks to ensure a secure environment
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months
