Tour Guide Supervisor Job Description

At Universal Explorer Inc, we are seeking a highly organized and experienced Tour Guide Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of tours and expeditions.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on tour performance, client feedback, and operational metrics.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the tour.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed to support tour operations.
Requirements
  • Criminal record check required.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
