Job SummaryThis leadership role reports to the Chief Technology Officer of PCSD and is part of the Architecture Review Board for Gen AI projects. As a Senior AI Architect, you will lead technical discussions on architecture, deployment, and integration of LLMs and LAMs on our platform, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.
You will drive critical initiatives, influence key decision-makers, manage priorities, and collaborate with technical business leaders and global teams. This position requires expertise in hardware and software architectures for both local and cloud systems, strong communication skills, and experience working across cultures and time zones.
Key Responsibilities:- Portfolio Development: Be a key member in building a portfolio of impactful on-device AI capabilities.
- Design Review and Improvement: Review and suggest improvements to designs and implementations for an extensive product portfolio.
- Software Requirements Analysis: Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within quality assurance standards for worldwide deployment.
- System Performance Tuning: Tune system/application performance and improve stability using a strong background in computer Operating Systems, embedded systems, and multi-threaded programming.
- Security and Compliance: Maintain focus on security, privacy, and software best-practices.
- Team Leadership: Coach and technically lead software engineering teams across different geographies.
We are seeking a highly experienced candidate with approximately 8+ years of experience developing software architectures. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required. The ideal candidate should have experience developing for wireless communication systems and devices, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, and/or Kotlin.
A strong understanding of common AI models, optimization techniques, and NLP concepts is also essential. Leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence and guide technical and non-technical partners, are crucial for this role.
