We are seeking an experienced AI solutions architect to join our team. As a senior member, you will play a key role in evaluating existing solutions, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing improvements using our AI platform.

  • You will design and develop software solutions that meet internal and external client requirements and align with business objectives.
  • You will explain complex technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • You will help define the technical vision and roadmap for our AI solutions team.

In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary, globally distributed team of professionals, including data scientists, data engineers, business analysts, project managers, and product managers.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree (or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or a related technical field.
  • Experience working on data and/or AI/ML powered software systems through various phases.
  • Significant experience (10+ years) building production-grade engineering solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and growing their technical skills.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD practices, testing.

The estimated salary for this role is around $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
