About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Cyber Security Engineer to join our diverse global team. As a security professional, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining advanced cyber security technical solutions, designing effective security policies and procedures, conducting technical security assessments, investigating cyber incidents, leading security initiatives, and participating in incident response actions.
This role also involves working closely with our AI team to ensure the security and integrity of our AI endeavors. You'll have the opportunity to work with industry leaders, improve your technical skills, gain valuable experience, and contribute to innovative AI solutions.
We're looking for a passionate and motivated individual with significant cyber security experience and strong technical competence. If you're interested in staying on top of cyber security threats and trends, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Lenovo in achieving its responsible AI objectives from a cyber security perspective.
- Design, implement, and deploy technical controls to protect Lenovo's assets.
- Lead and conduct project technical security assessments, providing guidance and recommendations.
- Create and maintain technical security standards and best practices.
- Travel occasionally (5%) for meetings, workshops, and collaboration activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or related field.
- 12+ years of technical experience in web application development, network design, system administration, or security engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in cyber security and/or information security principles.
- Hands-on experience with a wide range of security tools.
- Current certification in Information Security or Cyber Security.
- Working knowledge of AI, cyber security, and solution design as it pertains to Artificial Intelligence.
- General knowledge of cyber security controls frameworks.
- Technical experience in modern Generative AI solutions and platforms.
- Cyber Security operations and incident response experience.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
