Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at JKM ACCOUNTING INC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Provide customer service and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with minimal supervision. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
