Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2869069 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of a team of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Store Operations: Establish and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment, with a strong background in customer service and sales.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
