Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MacEwen. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Revenue: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that inventory is accurately recorded.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Supervision: 3-4 people
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player
