Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Store Operations: Oversee the opening and closing of the store, including the management of cash handling, inventory, and merchandise displays.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and ensuring that stock is properly stored and displayed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
- Staff Development: Train and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Language and Work EnvironmentThis role requires excellent English language skills and the ability to work in a team environment. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and work collaboratively to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
