Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Receptionist to join our team at 615163 NB Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail and packages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing and data entry.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and ordering supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
