Job Overview

The U.S. da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of the clinical field sales team within their assigned region. This position is responsible for managing and directing the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System, focusing on installations, training, and utilization growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement da Vinci Surgery sales strategies to achieve and exceed set goals
  • Expand da Vinci Surgery usage in existing accounts and introduce the system to new surgeons in various specialties
  • Manage the training and education process within the installed base, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization
  • Lead the new system installation process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments
  • Prospect for new system installations and upgrades, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide clinical sales teams with timely updates on new products and existing offerings, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Collaborate with the training and marketing departments to implement new strategies and programs, driving business growth and expansion

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in da Vinci Surgery Sales or clinical sales management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the Operating Room Environment and strong background in selling medical capital equipment
  • Previous experience managing and directing a sales force in the medical device industry, with a proven ability to drive results and achieve goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Computer literate and proficient in using various software applications

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay + commission, benefits, and equity. The on-target earnings for this position are $280,000, with 25% travel requirements.
