**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Performance Strategy to join our team at Cossette Media. As a key member of our Performance Group, you will be responsible for developing and managing world-class strategies in Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and emerging platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement high-performing media strategies for top-tier clients
  • Support senior client and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and touchpoint strategies
  • Manage, train, and develop a team of high-performing individuals
  • Exceed performance targets through effective activation
  • Partner effectively with leading digital platforms, including Google, Bing, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok

**Requirements**

  • 6+ years of experience working in a digital media environment, with a focus on Paid Search and Paid Social
  • Proven advanced understanding of AdWords, Bing, Meta, and other leading social platforms, including their APIs, scripting systems, and 3rd-party tools
  • Understanding of digital measurement and reporting, including privacy-forward solutions
  • Experience working with audience data strategies for clients
  • Strong understanding of project management platforms, such as Airtable, Smartsheets, Trello, and Asana
  • Strong understanding of digital media workflows and processes
  • Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance client work and objectives
