Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehend client objectives and establish effective management processes by identifying relevant issues, trends, and perspectives that may impact our initiatives.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions with clients to cultivate innovative and impactful strategies for enhancing key projects; transform the best ideas into actionable plans.
- Lead the creation of campaigns to promote initiatives, understanding various marketing channels, their optimal usage, identifying necessary marketing assets, and overseeing asset development.
- Oversee the measurement and analysis of channels and campaigns, focusing on maximizing qualified business opportunities and ensuring a strong return on investment.
- Manage communications between the client and cross-functional stakeholders at both team and executive levels.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule through structured tracking and reporting, continuously seeking ways to enhance processes and streamline efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to ensure alignment of goals and execution across functions, driving strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.
- Develop and implement testing strategies to evaluate campaign effectiveness, analyzing results to recommend optimizations for improvement.
- Conduct audits of campaign creatives to offer strategic recommendations for updating marketing assets currently in the market.
- In instances where projects are falling behind or lacking momentum, mobilize the appropriate resources and attention to realign them with objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing.
- Proficient in all facets of online marketing, including brand management, acquisition, demand generation, nurturing, growth, partnerships, and retention campaigns.
- A creative marketer with a strong understanding of customer motivations and a proven history of designing effective programs.
- Experience with creative testing methodologies, capable of interpreting A/B testing results and developing action plans for performance optimization.
- Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to execute complex, data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and intricate global projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Skilled in building relationships and influencing executive management across teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to both professional and casual contexts.
- A sense of humor: Enjoying your work and having fun while achieving results is essential.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
