We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Performance Strategy to join our team at Plus Company. As a key member of our Performance Group, you will be responsible for developing and managing world-class strategies in Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and emerging platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-performing digital media strategies for top-tier clients
  • Collaborate with senior client and stakeholder relationships to drive effective communication and touchpoint strategies
  • Lead and manage a team of high-performing individuals to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and execute innovative solutions to drive measurable results for clients
  • Partner with leading technology platforms, including Google, Bing, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a digital media environment, with a focus on Paid Search and Paid Social
  • Advanced understanding of AdWords, Bing, Meta, and other leading social platforms, including their APIs, scripting systems, and 3rd-party tools
  • Strong understanding of digital measurement and reporting, including privacy-forward solutions
  • Experience working with audience data strategies for clients
  • Proficiency in project management platforms, such as Airtable, Smartsheets, Trello, and Asana
  • Strong understanding of digital media workflows and processes
  • Driven by a curiosity to leverage AI tools to advance client work and objectives
