About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Performance Strategy to join our team at Plus Company. As a key member of our Performance Group, you will be responsible for developing and managing world-class strategies in Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and emerging platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performing media strategies for top-tier clients across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels.
- Collaborate closely with our Media Planning, Analytics, and Insights teams to drive measurable results for our clients.
- Manage and develop a team of high-performing individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in our strategies.
- Partner effectively with key stakeholders, including Google, Bing, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok, to ensure seamless execution and optimization of our campaigns.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a digital media environment, with a strong focus on Paid Search and Paid Social.
- Advanced understanding of AdWords, Bing, Meta, and other leading social platforms, including their APIs, scripting systems, and 3rd-party tools.
- Strong knowledge of digital measurement and reporting, including privacy-forward solutions.
- Experience working with audience data strategies for clients.
- Strong understanding of project management platforms, such as Airtable, Smartsheets, Trello, and Asana.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
