Job Description

We're seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience that delights our customers and their users.

Your primary focus will be on driving customer satisfaction through front-line customer-facing experience and written communication skills. You'll work closely with our Product team and wider organization to ensure seamless customer interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify and escalate customer concerns to ensure timely resolution
  • Contribute to the development of customer-facing content and materials
Requirements
  • Recent career experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
  • Technical proficiency in customer-facing tools and software
  • Previous experience with Intercom and Salesforce is a plus
