About Goosechase

At Goosechase, we're passionate about creating interactive experiences that bring people together. As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that delight our customers and their users.

Key Responsibilities

Provide front-line customer support and drive customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the Product team to develop and implement customer-centric solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Salesforce and Intercom

What We Offer
