Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at G & B FUEL & CNVCE STORE. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimate and Manage Food and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare Budget and Reports: Prepare budget and cost estimates and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and check assembly of trays, establish work schedules, and ensure that staff are trained to meet the highest standards of food service.
- Client Focus and Teamwork: Provide excellent customer service, work efficiently with colleagues, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
- Mentorship and Support: Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
- Support for Diverse Groups: Provides support for Indigenous people, visible minorities, and mature workers through mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities.
