Food Service Manager

At INNISFAIL PIZZA & PASTA 2 FOR 1, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to train and supervise staff.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced food service environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.
Language:The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.
Work Schedule:The Food Service Supervisor will work 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule of Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
