Food Service Manager

Join INNISFAIL PIZZA & PASTA 2 FOR 1 as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and ensure that food is presented attractively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
