Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at G & B FUEL & CNVCE STORE. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimate and Manage Food and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare budget and cost estimates, monitoring expenses and making adjustments as needed to ensure profitability.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, communicating effectively with management and staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Food Order Management: Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that orders are accurate and fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Culinary Knowledge: Possess knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and check assembly of trays, ensuring that food is presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed and trained to meet customer demand.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking, with a combination of sitting and standing throughout the day.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a client-focused approach, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
