Food Service Manager

Join INNISFAIL PIZZA & PASTA 2 FOR 1 as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service and food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service and food.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure that we have sufficient stock.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
You will be supervising 3-4 people in this role.

Work Environment:This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
