About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boutique Director to lead our luxury retail team at Cartier. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with high-end clients, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service and exceed their expectations.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Prestige Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase prestige sales, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key partners.
  • Maison Ambassador: Represent Cartier with integrity and professionalism, upholding the brand's values and standards in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results. Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
