Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Web Tech Pro.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems. This includes responding to user queries, consulting technical manuals and guides, and implementing solutions to resolve issues.
The role also involves collecting, organizing, and maintaining a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts. Additionally, the candidate will participate in the redesign of applications and software, as well as provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in computing and technology, including knowledge of Unix, JavaOS, networking security, servers, .NET, C#, and C++.
You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
BenefitsThis is a permanent position, offering 30 hours per week. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
